Apr 1, 2011 · Flexsteel is "Joe 6-Pack" furniture. Its OK for what it is, and tough/durable. Its not finely tailored and they use unconventional construction in their units. You can definitely tell its mass-produced by line operators rather than craftsmen. King Hickory is more of a traditional build, with 8-way hand-tied coil springs and the like.

Nov 19, 2014 · Also, the Lane has full top grain leather all around, while the flexsteel has bonded leather on the sides and back. From all the horror stories I have read about the Chinese bonded leather coming apart, it seems that the Lane may be the way to go.

Jul 11, 2009 · Flexsteel Brandon is part of Latitude collection. Its a Leather (semi-analine) recliner sofa. If anyone has opinion or feedback or experience with Flexsteel Brandon - Latitude series, please provide your inputs. I am 6.3" and found Brandon model fit my height, budget.
