Pair the watch with your phone using the Garmin Connect™ app (Pairing Your Phone). Set up Wi‑Fi® networks (Connecting to a Wi-Fi Network). Set up music (Music). Set up your Garmin Pay™ wallet (Setting Up Your Garmin Pay Wallet). Set up safety features (Safety and Tracking Features).

Hold, and select Settings > System. Display Sets the display timeout and brightness (Customizing the Display Settings). Sounds Sets the watch volume and sounds, such as button and system tones (Sound Settings). Vibration Turns vibration on or off and sets the vibration intensity.

Press. Select an activity. Select > Settings > GPS. Select an option: Select Off to disable GPS for the activity. Select GPS Only to enable the GPS satellite system. Select All Systems to enable multiple satellite systems.

Select Settings > System > Display. Turn Large Fonts on to increase the size of the text on the screen. Select Brightness to set the brightness level of the screen. Select General Use or During Activity. Select an option: Select Timeout to set the length of time before the screen turns off.
