But despite all these remedies, if the earwax persists and there are symptoms like loss of hearing, ringing sensation in the ear, ear pain, itching in the ear, dizziness, vertigo, fullness in the ear, and ear infection, one should go to the ENT doctor for earwax removal under microscopic visualization.
