The video camera can be found in your starting van on one of the shelves. There are two cameras in this starting area, but the one you need to record video is the larger, black camera. To pick up the video camera, hover over it and press E if you’re using a keyboard, or X/Square if you’re using an Xbox or PS4 controller.

You can use the photo camera to take pictures of objects and interactions throughout the map that qualify to earn you photo reward money, like a Bone, a teammate's Dead Body, Dirty Water, a Ouija Board, a Voodoo Doll, and a picture of the Ghost themselves.
