When Simulation Lag occurs, The Sims stop responding and constantly nod their head and don't say anything. This can go on for a short period of time or a long period of time. Resetting them won't fix it, reinstalling the game won't fix it, starting a new save file won't fix it. This is seriously making the game unplayable for a lot of users.
