Cyclone Dana loses strength as it hits coast of India’s Odisha, West Bengal
Cyclone Dana is starting to lose strength after wreaking havoc in the coastal area of the Indian states of Odisha and West Bengal. The cyclone began to make landfall around 11:30am on Thursday and had moved completely inland by dawn on Friday. The wind speeds were as high as 120 kmh at the time it made landfall, but have since eased.
