As the investigation is ongoing, the Krusteaz branded waffles were added to the list of the other near 700 varieties and affects warehouses in both the U.S. and Canada.

Costco is recalling smoked salmon products over possible listeria contamination. Listeria is a bacteria that contaminates foods and can cause listeriosis, which is the third-leading cause of death from foodborne illness in the US. Listeria can spread in food processing facilities, according to the US Center for Disease Controls and Prevention.
