I was there in August (by car admittedly) but I'm pretty sure I saw a bike rack in the car park near the entrance to the ticket office. And even if there isn't a rack, and you just have a bike lock, your bike would be very safe anyway because Snowshill is very secluded. So if you left your bike near the ticket office it would be fine. But if you want to be absolutely sure you could always give them a ring on 01386 852410. They're really helpful in the ticket office.
