They need to be more organized with their Birthday party I had my daughter and niece birthday there and we did not get a host that work with us at all time at least to check if we need anything I had… Full review by Ivette Ramos

Charles behind the counter was so rude to us. There was no need to be rude, just speak to people nicely. We spent well over $500 there, a little respect would have been nice. Full review by Sue Ann Segneri Dixon
