A person can see the whole island from up here. There are plaques with a history of the liberation from WW2 to read as well. We enjoyed coming up here and seeing everything. Full review by mfheinonen

The view allows you to see all of Saipan and the neighboring island of Tinian. On very clear days you even can see Rota and Annatahan. The history is also very interesting Full review by 778erickv
