Yes, look for this Tour from Klook, i used Klook when I went there last May 2019. Its around 100-120 USD per pax. They have for October 15.

Helo there. There’s a flower season schedule on their official website. In december, there are few kinds of flowers. The main event in december will be the illumination show. It’s open from the end of oct to the beginning of february. It has received the best illumination show in japan for 3 straight years, so, yes, really worth it even in december. Hope this helps

Will be worth seeing hills of neophilla flowers . Tulips will be done or near done as will yellow flowers. Not sure if anything new will be blooming.
