My favorite campsites are Site 84 & 85. Perfect view of the sunset and closer to the beach. you can hear the waves at night. its closer to the cliff.

I don't believe so, no. Also, there is a TON of tar on the beach, and your dog is likely to get it on her/his paws. And then the licking of the paws -- can't be good for the dog, right? The tar really ruined the beach experience for me.
