Will the museum be open during Monday 8, June (Agios Pnevmatos)? If it is closed, is it still worth going to see other sites that are open to the public?

The tickets are linked ,so if one is open, so will the other. Bus trips do not get much time on site but we stopped over night and had a full day exploring both sites and the museum
Is it possible to buy a ticket in the afternoon for use at the museum and use it the next morning to see the archeological site? As in, how long does the ticket last?

We tried to do this and were told no. The ticket seller indicated they are only good for the day purchased and we would have to buy it the next day.

The hours vary by day of the week and time of the year. November is "off season" so the hours may be shortened. I would suggest you go to their website and check the seasonal hours. Keep in mind that most museums and some sites are closed on Mondays.
